What we do

As the premier European network of Independent Document Advisors, we help the OEM and dealer community on both a strategic and operational level, to adapt to the rapidly changing demands on the printing and imaging market place


As the market undergoes a fundamental change, from a product-based to a service-based business model, it is helpful to bring in external perspectives and expertise, in order to keep pace with changes in the market, the growing demands of customers, and the evolving technological and competitive environment.

To help OEMs and their channel partners make this change in a timely and efficient manner, we are able to draw on long term knowledge and operational experience in the Industry, and also a successful track record of providing practical help, including case studies with organisations in many countries.

In the drastically changing world of Product centric sales to Services based Sales and the need to stay in the pace of the Market, this outside view is required to make realize and accelerate the Change. To make this change efficiently and within reason, we use our long term operational experience in the Industry.

We conduct MPS & Business Change Courses and focus on Bespoke Approaches as we believe that every company is different based on its history, marketplace and people who are part of and compose it.
